FRANKFURT & LONDON – December [15], 2020. Ares Management Corporation (Ares) and Forte Capital (Forte) announced today that a fund managed by the Ares Real Estate Group and Forte have acquired 215 residential units with a total gross leasable area (GLA) of 17,000 square meters in Kiel, the capital of the federal state of Schleswig-Holstein in northern Germany.
